Fee Payment Policy

Fee payment policies for EduCloud users:-

Regarding any fees related queries(amount,date,type etc.) student/parent can contact to school Admin/Account department.

While making an online payment,

In case,amount is deducted and transaction at EduCloud system reflects fail,user should contact to school Admin/Account department.

In the case of Payment Failure user may receive refund(in case if debited)back to the user's bank account within 48 hrs. Student/Parent can contact to School Admin/Account department. Regarding payment failure user has to wait for next 48 hr. before trying for payment again, please contact school accounts department for any discrepancy on online fee faced by you with reference to any of your transaction.

In case,if the transaction in the process state it will take up to 48 hr. to update the status in the EduCloud. For any queries from EduCloud side user can contact on support@educloud.in

Per transaction Transaction charges are debited from user's account,to know transaction charges please,contact to School Admin/Account department.

If user face any technical difficulties while during payment user can contact to EduCloud on support@educloud.in

If the payment is made by means of a card that you do not personally own, the permission of the card owner must always be obtained to make payments using card . In using the system you confirm that you have such permission.

Information related to payments using debit or credit card is not accessed or stored by the EduCloud.

Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user's card banker] in batches of processing, which should approximately take 8-15 working days, depending on issuing bank policies.

In any case, make a note of reference/transaction detail in case of Net banking/Card payment.
